Our Favorite Feature:

We really liked ABC Ink's free shipping offer. Most printer ink websites charge for shipping or require a minimum order amount before free shipping kicks in. ABC Ink offers free shipping without any minimum order requirements, saving you money when smaller orders are placed.

The ABCInk.com Experience:

The ABC Ink website was relatively easy to navigate, although the homepage was a little busy. The search features weren't as user friendly as some of the competitors', but it wasn't too hard to find what we were looking for and we did so with relatively little hassle.

The selection of ink products was definitely impressive, with all major printer brands being covered (and a few not-so-popular brands thrown in as well). The site even had printers for sale, and we were happy to see information about Xerox's INKLUSIVE free printer program (you pay for supplies and the printer is free). An application to the program was available right on the site. We had thought this program became extinct years ago and were happy to see that a version of it was still available.

We also really liked the instant coupon finder located on the homepage. Forget about having to weed through emails to find coupon codes and promotions. Just clicking the instant coupon link will bring you to a page featuring the site's current coupon deals and offerings. The day we visited we were presented with a half-price Canon ink offer and about a dozen other discount product offerings.

If you find yourself printing more than your fair share of documents and you need volume pricing, ABCInk is more than willing to accommodate you. They were one of the few sites to offer volume discounts, and we saw savings opportunities of $30 to $40 for volume orders.

We also have to mention that we noticed the ABC Ink website accepts PayPal as a method of payment. Not many of the ink stores on the Web do, and that can mean all the difference in the world when PayPal is your payment method of choice.

When you add these facts to the company's defect-free replacement guarantee, free shipping offers and five-star customer reviews, we couldn't help but feel the site was a sound choice for our inkjet needs.
