Advanced System Optimizer is good, but I wouldn't say the best. The one thing that I really like about this program is the user interface. It's very easy to navigate through and it does have a lot to offer, not any more than the competition though. Overall, the actual effects on the computer are mediocre. The detection rate of the registry cleaner is not as good as Registry Mechanic, but still better than no registry cleaner. As a suggestion with any of these, try out the demo first before you decide on one.
