If you're looking for the best deals on airfare, American Airlines probably isn't going to be your best bet. We found the prices and the add-on fees (such as the ridiculous rates for baggage) to be a bit unreasonable. If, however, you don't mind paying more for access to Net SAAver deals and the AAdvantage program, then by all means check this website out. - Hotel Price Match Guarantee
- Lowest Fare Guarantee
- Net SAAver Special Offers
The site itself was easy to navigate and there were more than a few options available for our selected arrival and departure dates. We did feel that the banner displaying a "lowest fare guarantee" was a bit misleading though. The guarantee only applies to other sites offering the same AA flight. If you find a Southwest or United flight cheaper, American isn't going to match it. We're not surprised considering American came in quite a bit higher than some of the competition during our price comparisons. Hotels, on the other hand, are a different story. The site does offer a lowest price guarantee on 40,000 hotels nationwide. If you're looking for affordable accommodations, this is definitely one site you're going to want to check out. We give them 5.0 Stars!

Continental Airlines was not the cheapest, nor were they the best. They were, however, second-cheapest and they offer a wide selection of vacation products to their customers. Whether you want airfare or just want to see a play, you can make reservations via the Continental Airlines' website. - Cruise Reservations Available
- Online Flight Check-In
- Continental is Now Joining Star Alliance
The site itself was a bit busy, but not too hard to navigate. We were easily able to access the tools and features we wanted. The flight search was quick and simple and the prices were great, but it did mean putting up with layovers and inconvenient departure times. If, however, you're looking for a great deal and you don't mind a bit of inconvenience, you may want to check Continental out. The prices were definitely lower than what most of the competition was offering. We give them 5.0 Stars!

Will Delta Airlines blow you away with their website? Probably not. But they do offer really good pricing and acceptable baggage policies. - Online Check-In
- SkyMiles Rewards
- Get $50 Back and 25,000 Miles for Opening an American Express SkyMiles Card.
Delta was not the cheapest site we visited, but they were darn close. And while they don't offer transport for two free bags, they do offer one. That's much better than some of the other airlines that want to charge you $15 each way for your first bag, and increasing amounts for every bag thereafter. The site itself was pretty basic and we ran into some Internet Explorer glitches, but when we switched over to FireFox everything went smoothly. Finding a flight was no problem, although getting the departure time we wanted was a bit difficult and we had to settle for a return departure that was a few hours later than we would have liked. If you don't mind giving up departure selection for great prices and you like the idea of getting at least one bag flown for free, Delta is definitely a site to visit. They earn 5.0 Stars!

If you don't mind paying more and getting somewhat less, then US Airways coach seats may not be a problem for you. You might also appreciate the site if you like seeing first class options when searching for coach selections. If, however, price is a serious concern and you want more bang for your buck, you're going to need to look elsewhere. - Regular Email Specials Available
- Online Check-In
- Food and Beverages for Purchase in Coach
Not only was the departure selection provided by US Airways somewhat limited, a decent departure time would have cost us $600 more per ticket than what we ended up getting a quote for. Don't mind moving around your schedule to save a buck? Maybe US Airways will work for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Another problem with US Airways is their "nickel and dime them" approach. Want a soda during your coach flight? Fork over two bucks. Want to bring a suitcase with you? It's $15 for the first, $25 for the second and $100 for each one thereafter. If you pack heavy, that's going to add up. Overall we didn't think US Airways was a bad airline to do business with, it's just that we feel there are better options out there to choose from. We give them 5.0 Stars!
