Automart.com is one of the sites we looked into. Here's what we found out about this increasingly-popular car quote site...

Our Favorite Feature:

Our favorite Automart feature is definitely their nationally published magazine. What makes this feature great is that you can click on a map image to find the location near you that publishes and/or distributes Automart magazine. Then access the print or online version of it to locate cars for sale in your area.

The Automart Experience:

We felt that the Automart.com homepage was clear and easy to navigate. The site is available in both Spanish and English and features a wealth of information on automotive promotions and deals, affiliate specials, products, services, car insurance and local dealer clearance announcements. You can find the new and used car search information on the home page as well as a dealership search tool for local dealers in your area.

Actual car quotes, however, are a bit hard to come by on this site. While you can search for cars to buy, actual quote research is not readily available. You can request a quote, but that means actually dealing with a local dealership. There's no real instant online quote functions on the site. If you do want a quote from this website, you will have to specify your preferred method of contact so that the dealer can call or e-mail you with the information you are requesting. We suggest using email rather than phone. Salesmen can be pushy and you don't want to be bombarded with calls.

That being said, we really did like the fact that we were given the option of searching for cars based on make and gas mileage. With increasing prices at the pump, this option is sure to become more popular as time goes on.
