The Blue Mountain Experience:
While their cards feature some of the best graphics we've seen, cards made using Blue Mountain do not compare to greeting cards purchased in the store. It is difficult to replicate the quality of a commercial printer on your own home printer. The colors fall short, sometimes the ink smears, so on and so forth. The better your printer is, the better your cards will look.
The selection is not as wide as some of the other greeting cards sites, but there is still plenty to choose from. Star Reviews loved that there were so many options for kids’ cards. They have greeting cards that feature Care Bears, Disney Characters, and more.
When designing your card, you may need to download ActiveX Control to personalize the card. The download is fast and free and your computer will guide you through the setup process.
The design program does not come with a lot of instructions, but it is easy to get the hang of it after playing around for a little bit. You can use it to add text, shapes, and pictures to the greeting cards you're interested in. You can move or resize any of the original artwork and alter the font, its size, and shadowing. The options go on and on. And, when you go to print the document, you can choose if it will be a half-fold card or a quarter-fold card.

We'll be honest-this online greeting card service is different than the rest. Blue Mountain actually lets you design your own greeting card and print them right from your computer. What a great idea! However, your card's designs will really depend on your printer quality, so if it's prone to smears and smudges, you might want to opt for another service.
