Borders.com is an great site to shop for books at. Sure it lacks the coziness of the brick and mortar stores but you just can't get that coziness online.
The tabs on the website are very easy to use. Even a kid can navigate this site to browse quite easily.
The search feature is very easy to use and lets you distinguish your search by several different categories of media (books, dvd, author, etc).
They also offer a free "Rewards Program" that also works online. Another neat little feature is "send to friend". See a book a friend might like? Borders will let you send the page to a friend with a personal message.
Shipping was fairly fast when I ordered.

I love shopping at Borders for music and books; however, with the price of gasoline so high and free shipping deals all over the place, I have started shopping online more often.  I save time and money that way.  Borders is great.  I can get books, music, movies, etc. all shipped to my home address and the shipping is free if you spend at least $25.00, which is too easy to do!  I would recommend this site for anyone looking for gifts or stuff for themselves.  They sell tons of stuff and they have a great selection too.  Great site!

  When it comes to limited selection, an not so knowledgeable staff and worse looking store, borders is the name that comes to my mind. This store is lacking were other bookstores are thriving on availablity. The store is limited in selection which makes it inconvenient when it comes to finding the book you need. The concept of the store is missing since lately they look like they were selling movies and DVD then books. And the customer service is terrible, they never know any of the questions that you are asking for, and they are unable to assist or even offer a backorder when it comes to a certain book that you are looking for.
