Great company and wonderful cars

Budget rental cars are a company that offers great customer service and wonderful response time. During my recent trip, my flight arrived a little earlier; however when I mentioned this at the front desk at budget, the customer service rep was able to get me a rental car at an earlier agreed upon date. The cars are also newer models and offer satellite radio at no additional charge. The associates are wonderful and will assist you in all of your needs. Overall, I would consider this rental company to all my friends and family, and will definitely use this company again for all of my rental needs.

Budget is a car rental service I have had experience with them several time and it was always easy and pleasant. They have pretty decent amount of cars to choose from in every segment and all cars are in very good shape. I like the possibility to choose the car online and reserve it beforehand as well as the fact that they have shuttles that take from and to your destination airport. Sometimes they would not have the car you reserved on the lot but it only happened to me once and I got better car absolutely free of charge. GPS units are also available.

Carseats should be included

Budget is good in that it has a variety of economical, fairly priced rental car company. We used them when we went to LAX and it was not a bad model for the price we paid, we got a Nissan Maxima which was nice and clean. We booked it online before we left and it was exactly as our itinerary showed. We had to pay for the carseat which I don't think we should have had to pay for...especially if it is for safety...would you have to pay for the seatbelt?
