Star Reviews thought Celebrity Fit Club’s customer support was good enough. Although the telephone support wasn’t listed anywhere on the site but in tiny print under member cancellations, they were still courteous and answered our question. Email support was right on point and responded efficiently to Star Reviews within 24 hours. Celebrity Fit Club only lists their email customer support under “customer service” and finding a toll-free number navigated us through at least three pages away from the Customer Service page.
