The website for the Chase Flexible Rewards Platinum Visa was generally user friendly, although we did have to disable our pop-up blocker to access the application. While the link to the terms and conditions was not immediately apparent, it was found in the small print on the bottom of the page.

Customer Support:
Chase offers customer support via phone, email and an online FAQ database. When we dialed the customer support telephone number, our call was answered within just a few minutes. The person we spoke with had a thick accent and was a bit hard to understand. After a few minutes, however, we were able to clarify our communication and received an adequate response to our question. Our email request to customer support was also answered promptly (within 1 business day) and our question was well addressed.
Upside:
