Never used, however when called it was very hard to reach customer service

Thanks to a friend recommendation, I went ahead and research this company. I noticed that this company has a good repuation as well as better rates then other student loan companies. However, I tried several times on several different occassions to reach someone for more information in customer service and their wait time was tremendous. After several tries, I decided to give up on this company and went to a private loan company instead. Overall if you can reach someone in customer service then this company might be for you.

Customer Support:
Chase has been around for quite some time and have had years to perfect their customer service. While this fact showed in Chase's phone support, the email support wasn't quite as impressive. When we called Chase we had very little hold time at all and the rep we spoke with answered all of our questions with in-depth answers. Email support, however, took a whopping 5 days to get back to us and then they just told us to go to their website to find the information we asked for. Not a single word addressed our actual question. In the opinion of Star Reviews, the response was unacceptable in both the time it took and the answer we received.

Upside:
Expansive selection of tools and resources, helpful loan calculators, user-friendly website.

Downside:
Unacceptable email support.

But, their unbeatable loans and resources definitely make them a top choice in student loans.
