I decided against the software. I let the trial expire and it would not leave my computer. I went in to add/delete programs and deleted all that had to do with this program. it is still in my system and starts every time I turn on my notebook. I called and spoke to Ronald Weindruch the owner of the company. He is not friendly and very irritable. You are trying to explain the problem and he interrupts and then laughs at you! A bit condescending! What do I do???

I was recently inquired about this software guard after recently having a virus on my computer. The price of this software was much higher then the competition; however to me it was unable to remove some of the spam that was on the computer. However for the long care, it was able to block some programs and mentioned and unknown cases of spam. I did try to call customer service to try to ramify the problem, however it was a incredibility long wait and for the price I just let the system go. Overall if you are looking for a quick fix then I would recommend this product, however for long term usage you should invest into better software.

While it took me awhile to consider emptying my pocket of 40 bucks to stop a minor inconvenience, I decided to side with this one, as it was somewhat of an underdog. The website wasn't particularly spectacular, however I was at least able to tolerate something that minimal. I'll start by saying this: It isn't perfect, and I did continue to receive a little trickle of spam mail, but for the price it at least gets the job done decently. I did like the surprisingly infinite number of email accounts I could protect, and it had a rather easy-to-use navigation system. I'd say go with another product if you find it necessary, but if you also feel like rooting for the underdog, grab this one if you like.
