Our favorite feature of the ClickBank website was the detailed and thorough search engine tool. Affiliates seeking to market ClickBank products can easily find the ones that sell well, as well as new ones that have not yet saturated the market.

The ClickBank Experience:

When we entered the ClickBank website, we noticed that it appeared to be very professional and business-like. For a company whose products are centered around the e-commerce industry, we thought this was a great image to project. The home page features an inspiring image of several successful businessmen and women, and provides users with the option to either learn more about the company or immediately apply for a publisher or affiliate account.

Once inside the site, we found the Frequently Asked Questions Library to be quite helpful in learning about the company’s products and services. Through this feature, we were able to access a wealth of information on everything from referral programs to shopping, which helped guide us as to which sections of the website to browse first.

The thing we liked most about ClickBank is that it is designed to be a one-stop shop for all your affiliate marketing needs. By providing options to sell, promote, and buy online products all in one convenient location, ClickBank is a great resource for any business person looking to explore his or her marketing options.

Signing up as a ClickBank affiliate was easy. We just had to complete a simple sign-up form and verify our email. From there the site guided us through the steps necessary to make affiliate sales and promote the site's products.

ClickBank Pricing:

It does not cost money to become a ClickBank affiliate. Commissions are paid based on what the actual owner of the product determines, ranging from 20 percent to 80 percent on average. Payment is made to affiliates by check twice each month.

ClickBank Customer Service:

We were impressed by the fact that ClickBank has an entire section of its website devoted to Customer Service. This section includes a list of Frequently Asked Questions, a variety of helpful tools and resources, and the option to report online abuse or spam. ClickBank also provides a fax number and e-mail support form, stating that Customer Service representatives respond to inquiries Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time. Unfortunately, ClickBank does not provide a customer service phone number to speak with a representative directly.

Upside:

One-stop shop for affiliate marketing needs, in-depth FAQ and info library, informative ClickBank blog.

Downside:

No customer phone support available.

I truly enjoy using Clickbank. It has it's unique flavour and it definitely allows you to view and select what you want to use as an affiliate. I am always looking for ebooks, or self improvement products and this is the place to look. Clickbank is easy and free to sign up to. I recommend it to my family and friends that are affiliate marketers as well. When you sign up for clickbank the faqs are helpful, as well as navigating around the site. When you need help clickbank is easy to contact. It is nice to see what is hot and what is on the coming up fast. You have total control about what you want to affliate with. Definitely check out this site and see for yourself. Signing up will get you started on the fun.
