Too many delays and cancellations and no bad weather!!!!!
2
During a recent flight to Las Vegas, I choose Continental Airlines as my carrier. This airline offers wonderful customer service on the phone as well as in the terminals. However, the bad thing about this airline, was the large amount of delays that occurred with my flight, and there was nothing to do with the weather. With all of the mechanical failures that occurred on several of the flights, we ended up missing our connecting flight as well as arrived late missing an important event in my home city. The airline offer me a voucher, when it comes down to arriving on time, this airlines failed miserably. While on the air depending on your flight you are able to watch the latest movies, and food, as well as if you are flying in any class you are able to get free drinks. I do not recommend this airline to all my family and friends and will not return to this airline again very soon.

Good price and service

I recently booked at trip from San Francisco to New Orleans, one way. It was an unusual route, so it was quite expensive ($250+), but they were actually the cheapest I could find on the web. They also had the earliest flight times – the flight left San Francisco at 6 am and arrived New Orleans at 2pm. Booking was easy and straightforward – you can log-in pick your flight and go. I had no trouble at all.
I also have bad luck when it comes to airline flight times, so I was quite surprised that this flight left on time. We were boarded on time and left on time, arriving even a little early, I believe. The flight attendants were nice and the flight was smooth and we encountered no troubles. Over-all a good airline and would definitely fly with them again.

Cheapest Airfare with great FF membership

Okay, I usually use Hotwire for airline prices, but I've found that if I go directly to Continental.com, they will always have the cheapest price for THEIR airfare- in fact, they guarantee it, which is pretty cool. I'm a Frequent Flyer member and I used to travel to Bermuda about 4 times per year and found that they have the cheapest flights. Also, the prices online are cheaper than if you ordered on the phone. Any possible question you could think of they have an answer for in their FAQs section. Also, they give detailed explanation for using mileage with your FF program for every area that you are thinking to travel to. As a FF member, I get emails from continental.com with "last minute deals" from my local airport wherever and they are SO incredibly cheap (like $119 roundtrip to Toronto for a weekend!) I really don't think any other airline website can beat these guys.
