Cosmeo isn't your everyday average homework help website. It was created by the Discovery Channel, one of the leaders in educational resources. The Cosmeo Experience:

Upon entering the Cosmeo website, we were delighted to see that the website is designed with fresh, modern colors and state-of-the-art graphics and formatting. The pictures displayed on the homepage depict a number famous of landscapes, monuments, and animals that immediately drew us into the educational experience. We feel that any student entering Cosmeo's web page would be compelled to dive further into the material provided.

While navigating the Cosmeo site we were impressed by the use of colorful menu options to organize the website. Categories are broken down by academic subject and grade level. The pages were created to grab a student's attention and make them eager to explore more. They did a really good job.

Another unique and valuable feature that Cosmeo offers is the option to search learning materials related to your State's specific educational regulations. The website's help section has a large knowledgebase of FAQs to address any problems or concerns a customer may have. Customer support is also available via e-mail and a toll-free phone number. We received a response to our email inquiry about one business day after submitting our request. Phone support was much quicker. We had a hold time of approximately six minutes before we were connected to a friendly and helpful service representative who took the time to answer our questions to our satisfaction. Considering the fact that few homework help websites offer phone support at all, Cosmeo's live help was definitely something we appreciated.
