We found the Pinnacle Promotions website to be very user friendly and we were able to find promotional products to fit almost any budget – just make sure you shop the sales and discounts if you want a deal. Regular prices here seemed to be a bit high. That being said, Pinnacle Promotions also offers great customer support. The only other thing we didn't like was the quote process. We prefer instant quotes with no sales interaction required. Although we do have to admit that the 30-minute quote time is not as bad as some of the other promotional product suppliers who can take days to get back to you. They earn 4.5 Stars!

Although the selection of merchandise at VendoDirect is a bit limited, pens aren't the only thing they have to offer. You can also purchase key chains, bottle openers, and school supplies. Free rush service is offered on selected items and laser engraving is also available. Overall we found the site easy to navigate, the customer service acceptable and the prices pretty much average. If you're looking for pens, this is the place to be. If, however, you want a more comprehensive promotional product solution, there are better websites out there. They earn 4.5 Stars!
