The best thing about DaDa is that the MP3’s are DRM-free. Once you’ve downloaded your music it’s yours to do with as you like. The files have no copyright protection and can therefore be transferred to all of your devices, including your phone.

The DaDa Experience:
The DaDa website has tons of stuff for its viewers to peruse and enjoy. Aimed at and designed with the younger visitor in mind, it is also user-friendly for people of all ages. The pages load quickly and it is easy to find what you’re looking for. We really liked the fact that we didn't have to leave the first page to view popular music choices, new arrivals or featured artists.

Signing up for DaDa was easy. We just had to enter our cell phone number, wait for a text message containing a code and then enter the code into the registration form online. We must admit, it made us a bit uneasy to give out our cell phone number. You should be prepared to receive at least a little text message spam if you sign up for the service.

Once you complete the DaDa sign-up process you can begin downloading MP3’s immediately and ringtones immediately. Wallpaper and cellphone games are also available. While you're there, make sure you visit the social networking features of the site. With blogs, user pics and videos, it's quite the online community.

DaDa Customer Service:
DaDa offers 24/7 live customer service via live chat, toll-free phone and an online help forum. Phone service had an extensively long wait time so we gave up after ten minutes. Live chat, however was easier to use. We were connected within 2 minutes and the rep we chatted with was helpful and informative. If you don't like long hold times, opt for chat support or call at odd hours when hold times wouldn't be as long.

Upside:

Downside:
Exposing your cell phone to spam.

TERRIBLE!

Not sure what site you reviewed but dada.net is terrible. Their search is poor, selection is ok if you are looking for music but the ring tone selection is not diverse at all. I canceled with 23 credits remaining, couldn't tolerate their poorly designed website and early 1990's search engine.

DadaMobile services are offered in five different major languages English, Italian, German, Chinese and French. They support majority of the phone models. They have a smaller selection of ringtones and their categories as compared to their competitors. You get automatic subscription of newsletter on joining. I find it not upto the mark service.
