While you're there, make sure you visit the social networking features of the site. With blogs, user pics and videos, it's quite the online community.

DaDa Customer Service:
DaDa offers 24/7 live customer service via live chat, toll-free phone and an online help forum. Phone service had an extensively long wait time so we gave up after ten minutes. Live chat, however was easier to use. We were connected within 2 minutes and the rep we chatted with was helpful and informative. If you don't like long hold times, opt for chat support or call at odd hours when hold times wouldn't be as long.
