We were impressed by DebtConsolidation.com’s close ties with debt law firms and legal experts. All of DebtConsolidation.com’s credit counseling and debt help services are done through free confidential telephone consultations with a Certified Bankruptcy Advisors. We knew that by using the services at DebtConsolidation.com, we would be taken care of by experienced legal professionals.

The DebtConsolidation.com Experience:

The first thing we noticed about the DebtConsolidation.com site was its layout. The website is contained in a small frame about 3/5ths the size of your computer screen, which may make the tables and lists appear a bit crowded, depending on your web browser and screen resolution. It wasn't exactly a "problem" but it might annoy some visitors.

The other thing we noticed was that the site's contents were organized a bit awkwardly. The left-hand menu is occupied by a debt consultation form, which relegates all of the site links to the top left-hand corner of the page. The Free Debt Analysis, Credit Counseling Wizard, Bankruptcy Advisor, and Mortgage and Finance sections are all listed in the menu bar, and the remaining site contents are all crammed into a section entitled More Categories. When we went to explore the More Categories section, we discovered that all of the links were dead and did not lead to any useful information. We really felt the site should be arranged to better optimize the browsing experience.

And then the problems continued. There was a total lack of FAQs or other help information on the site. Overall, the site left us wanting more information about DebtConsolidation.com and more information about debt consolidation in general.

DebtConsolidation.com Pricing:

There was no mention of any pricing on the DebtConsolidation.com website. We found this to be a common trait among debt consolidation websites. We really wish companies would put up at least a sample fee structure for consumers to reference.

DebtConsolidation.com Customer Service:

DebtConsolidation.com does not provide a help section or list of FAQs. eMail support is available through a support form, but we received an error message when we tried to submit our question. DebtConsolidation.com does offer a toll-free Dr. Credit Express hotline that is open 24/7, which is certainly useful, considering there is no other way to contact the company. One advantage of the hotline is that it is open to Spanish-speaking customers. When we called, however, we were on hold for more than ten minutes before giving up.

Upside:

Team of experienced legal professionals, credit counseling wizard, bankruptcy advice.

Downside:

Inadequate information and support.

DebtConsolidation.com offers for debt consolidation service to make you debt free. There are many benefits offered. They don't expect you to have homeownership. They even don't do credit checks. The plan provided by them offers the lower monthly payments that doesn't really put lots of burden. Their Debt Management program is one of the best professionally managed. They also provide free financial planning advice. They also provide free credit counseling and free budget planning. They offer for 1-800-LOAN SERVICE ™. They also offer 24 Toll free Hour Help Hotline. They also got useful resources for Mortgage and Refinance, Bankruptcy Advisor.

It offers for a decent service.

I give it 4 stars rating.
