The prices are rock bottom, but these are OEM remanufactured ink products. If you refuse to put anything but name-brand ink in your printer, you're not going to be able to take advantage of the savings found on this site. If, however, you don't mind OEM products and the one-year guarantee the company offers puts you at ease, this site can definitely save you some cash.

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of customer support. No phone number was available and live support was not online any of the times we checked. ABCInk was one of the better ink websites on the Internet. While the site wasn't necessarily the easiest to navigate, the selection was huge, the service was great and the prices were definitely reasonable.

We were happy to see that phone support was offered, as many of the sites we visited didn't offer this option. When we called the company we were greeted by a live person who was more than happy to answer our questions. If you like old-fashioned service, this is definitely the place to go.

We were also happy to see that ABCInk accepts payment via PayPal. If you'd rather use PayPal funds to pay for your ink purchases, this is going to be one of the only online ink stores that lets you do it.

The company offers a huge selection of printer ink, but they're not the cheapest on the block. Their prices fell mid-range when compared to the other sites we researched. What makes up for it is the site's InkPedia. We found a wealth of ink and printer-related information and even a few do-it-yourself projects to peruse.

Customer service, however, took the site's rating down a few notches. They do offer phone, email and live chat support and while live support got back to us the very same day, phone support never returned our call and chat support was not available either of the times we checked the site.
