A few short years ago, those who couldn't afford to purchase a new car would just lease one. This allowed manufacturers to sell more inventory and car buyers to get into brand new models rather than used ones. This might all change, however, and the face of the auto loans industry is changing with it.

A used car lot is another option. While you do have to do your research and steer clear of the less-ethical used car lots, these outfits usually do have flexible lending resources available to them.
