When we called Eufora's support line, we were able to speak with a friendly and knowledgeable rep within just a few minutes. They were able to answer our questions quickly and thoroughly. Email support was also impressive. We received a response to our inquiry within less than an hour of submitting the form. The email response was very professional and completely addressed the question we had asked. Eufora offers great customer support options with efficient and accommodating responses. They seem to value their cardholders and it’s demonstrated in their willingness to assist them.

Upside:
Great customer service, reports to two of the credit bureaus to help re-establish credit, opportunity to earn money.

Downside:
The company does not report to Equifax, so the account will not show up when credit is checked through that bureau. High annual fee.

We really liked the Eufora Elite Credit Builder Prepaid MasterCard and think they’re a great choice for anyone interested in establishing credit through a prepaid credit card. While their annual fee is a bit steep at $99.95 yearly, there is no pricey processing fee if that means anything. We must also note that there is a monthly participation fee at $6.95 per month for the first year. It’s hard to escape this form of fee, so outweigh your options. This prepaid card reports to the credit bureaus except Equifax, so that must also be considered. We liked the special perks such as travel insurance, identity protection and monthly drawings, as well as the cardholder referral program. Customer support is tough to beat, both by way of telephone and email. There is also a helpful FAQs database for you avid readers out there. We highly recommend this prepaid credit card.

Eurofa is a company that possess all the necessary tools that a Giant company requires. The company has and high saisfaction level amongst the customers. It has quality customer support and poeple are never suspicious or hasitant in accepting hte pragrams offered by Eurofa.

Eurofa offers a vast range of MasterCard programs for different categories of customers as per their requirements in order to make sure that the company has something for all communities.

This is a great program. I needed to rebuild my credit after my "I don't care years". No one would approve me for a credit. I saw this site online and decided to take this chance. I know it has a high annual fee, I only kept the service for 2 years. It served its purpose.
