The ExclusiveResorts Experience:

The use of the term “exclusive” should not be taken lightly when viewing the ExclusiveResorts website. The services that ExclusiveResorts offers are indeed luxurious. ExclusiveResorts is not simply a vacation club; it is a lifetime “investment” for yourself and your family in terms of your future vacationing experience. They offer beach resorts, mountain homes, leisure accommodations, and metropolitan lodging.

Destination accommodations offered through ExclusiveResorts.com are usually at least 3500 square feet and have no less that 3 bedrooms. The luxury homes can accommodate an average to large sized family, or a large group of family, friends, and colleagues. The homes offered in metropolitan areas tend to be half the size, due to urban space limitations, and these fully stocked homes feature 2 bedroom style floor plans.

While some vacation clubs require that you do some planning and organizing while you are on vacation, this is the type of club where you will do none of that. Everything (yes everything) is taken care of. Itinerary planning, daily housekeeping, grocery shopping, booking activities, leisure planning, air and ground transport, educational and fun activities for the children, and more are all included in services. For those who enjoy the finer things life has to offer, ExclusiveResorts is going to be your vacation club of choice.

Vacation Club Pricing:

The pricing might make you want to run in the other direction, but you get what you pay for. That in mind, do not even consider this service if you can't afford the following:

10 days/yr - $160,000 (+ $9950 annual dues)
20 days/yr - $240,000 (+ $19,900 annual dues)
30 days/yr - $310,000 (+ $29,850 annual dues)
40 days/yr - $380,000 (+ $39,800 annual dues)
50 days/yr - $440,000 (+ $49,750 annual dues)
60 days/yr - $500,000 (+ 59,700 annual dues)

Additional Pricing:

1 week priority access during major holiday seasons - $99,000 (one time fee)
1 Select holiday priority access - $49,000 (one time fee)

ExclusiveResort’s Customer Service:

The ExclusiveResorts customer service is above par, and it better be considering what they charge. There is a toll-free number for US calling, a number for contact in Europe, and an international number for locations outside the US and Europe. You can also contact the vacation club by e-mail, or view the frequently asked questions page on the site for answers to general questions. They do have some useful video footage of recent broadcasts, as well as in print press releases. There is also an online form that allows you to request information about this destination vacation club.

All methods of support were very friendly and accommodating. Of course, those who use a service like ExclusiveResorts wouldn't settle for anything less.

Upside:

All-inclusive, huge luxury accommodations, great customer service.

Downside:

Wow – the prices are shocking.

Excellent with a price

Great idea. Stayed at the Costa Rica property as a guest. If we could afford their plan I would join ER. Financially it is a major commitment to join. If you are in that income bracket then I urge you to check them out and book a trial trip.

They did just piss off the early members with a major change to the early plans. Those members used to pay <$400 per night now it is $1000 for everyone. Ouch!

The only review is not about exclusive resorts, they think it is a hotel. Just changed there program 8-15-09; made alot of old members mad broke CPI increases in the contract. More people trying to get out rather than in.

When I decided to book my next vacation I decided to go through an all inclusive hotel called Exclusive resorts. This hotel have wonderful rooms, great food, and wonderful customer service. The prices where also fair as I was able to get a weekend gateaway off season for only 100.00. Overall you should consider this resort for your friends and family. Thanks to my positive experience, I will be using this resort again for future uses with my friends and family.
