FTD promised a Friday before Mother's Day delivery of flowers. The flowers were never delivered and FTD failed to apologize or make amends. Their policy is a 10% discount per day missed. Speaking to the manager doesn't help either. My mom never got her flowers.

I can't hardly believe how disappointed I am in FTD. I placed an order, paid, received a confirmation and the flowers were never delivered. I missed my friends 50th birthday!! I hope I get reimbursed, but shocked they offered me nothing as an apology. I re-ordered from 1-800-flowers and will continue to do business through them.

I have sent FTD flowers for the last few years. Everyone who has received them have love the way they lasted. I like their website, very easy to use. They have a wonderful selection of original floral arrangements and gifts. For some occasions I like to send live plants and they have a wonderful selection. The African Violet plants I've order have been very healthy and continued to grow and flourish.
