I am currently a facebook user and I enjoy it very much. It allows you to be in touch with all your friends upload unlimited amount of pictures and create photo albums. You can also tag yourself and your friends in these pictures and then review them and leave comments. Another feature I really like is that you can create different events and invite quests to them which I think is very convenient. There are tons of different plug-ins for facebook that make visiting this website real fun. Overall very well built web site that allows you to keep track of what is going on around in the community around you.

I love, love, love Facebook.  I am one of those who hates MySpace for everything it is and so also resisted Facebook for a long time, but eventually I joined after nearly every friend and family member started accounts.  I was instantly addicted!  I love how much control over I have over what goes on my site.  I can delete anything I feel is innappropriate or offensive, and I feel safe uploading pictures of my children because they can only be seen by those who I have given access to my site.  There is a "group" for just about everything out there now, and it's a great way to meet people with similar interests.  The endless quizzes are a fun way to pass time, as well as silly applications like Lil' Green Patch. What I love most about it, though, is how it has helped to re-connect me with dozens of friends I lost contact with over the years.  It's a great site....and I would give it six stars, but the new layout is just terrible!  I hope they return it to the original.

Facebook has been a terrific networking opportunity for me. I have reconnected with so many former friends and colleagues of mine, and it is really enjoyable to see what these people are up to and how they are doing. Some great qualities of facebook include the easy to use layout, photo albums, address books, and groups which help facilitate networking. A downside to facebook is the lack of flexibility in changing profiles, however, it does make it much simpler to find things on other’s profiles because of the uniformity. The wide variety of privacy settings on facebook are also reassuring, as you can adjust them to varying levels and specific settings. Overall, this is a very fun and enjoyable networking site…maybe not very professional, but enjoyable for many nonetheless.
