Let’s face it – name brand footwear is not cheap. However, FinishLine.com is very competitively priced with most other online shoe stores. Do note though, that if you do not spend $75 to receive free shipping, there is a charge of $7.99 for the first item and $1.99 for each additional item.

The FAQ option will answer most of your questions such as how to order, tracking an order and managing your account. When we contacted Customer Service, we were pleased to get a live person quickly that was both helpful and courteous. We especially liked that the Customer Service department can be reached seven days a week via phone or email. Even if you are shopping on the weekends and you want to buy shoes online at FinishLine.com on a Saturday, representatives are available to answer your questions.
