We had to take a look at the Pulaski Bank Gold Visa because this fixed APR credit card definitely stacks up against its competitors in providing you features and flexibility.

Star Reviews applauds this credit issuer in their simple site layout and easy-to-complete credit application, as it was only a short form with clear terms and conditions. We were impressed with the 9.5% fixed interest rate with no annual fee, a perk that is hard to come by.

  • Travel, emergency, auto rental benefits.
  • 0% interest rate on balance transfers for an Introductory Period of 6 months, $35 over-the-limit fee, no cash advance or balance transfer fees.

We truly appreciated how many benefits there were included in the Pulaski Bank Gold Visa, as the fees were some of the lowest we've seen in fixed APR credit cards. While there aren't any rewards opportunities here, saving money and building your credit up is reward enough for many struggling with finance. With a 25-day Grace Period and no annual fee, we cannot complain about this card. Ok-so customer support is only available through email, and it takes a few days, but Star Reviews got a detailed response. They definitely snag themselves our Top Rated spot with a glittering 5.5 Stars!

Star Reviews looked at the Pulaski Bank Visa/MasterCard and thought it was a great choice for those lacking amazing credit scores.

Not only is the credit card application a breeze to get through, the website interface was user-friendly and makes it easy to find what you're looking for. This fixed APR credit card isn't anything out of this world, but we did like the 7.99% APR rate and no-fee cash advances. There aren't any great travel-related benefits, but there are enough perks in signing up for the card.

  • 0% interest on balance transfers for a period of 6 months
  • $35 annual fee, $15 late fees on balances up to $100, $35 over-the-limit fee

Star Reviews really liked how versatile this fixed APR credit card was, as there is a 25-day Grace Period. A low annual fee and APR rate make this credit card worth your while. The only thing we weren't fond of was the customer support, as it was only available through an online form. We did receive a helpful response but it took a few days for us to get it. Overall, we feel this site deserves our Most Popular spot and we rank it at 5.5 Stars!

We researched the New Millennium Platinum Visa/MasterCard for you and think they offer some great benefits, all while maintaining a sense of simplicity.

Star Reviews enjoyed the painless navigation process and liked how the fixed APR credit card application and terms and conditions were displayed right up front. We have to make mention that this is a secured credit card and after security deposit placement, cardholders can enjoy perks like travel and auto rental insurance, as well as the chance to earn $50 on each cardholder you refer.

  • Extended warranties on qualifying purchases -Not common for secured credit lines.
  • 19.5% interest rate, $59 annual fee, $20 late payment, $99.95 application fee, no Grace Period.

Our team always loves how there are fixed APR credit cards for those with imperfect credit, as all of us make mistakes once in awhile The New Millennium Platinum Visa/MasterCard doesn't offer any introductory specials for its members and the fees are certainly high, but with most secured credit cards, there aren't credit checks or employment verifications required. Telephone support was right on point, but email support took about 3 days to receive a detailed response. Overall, they earn 5.0 Stars!
