Our team really enjoyed the quick template previews that pop up as you move your mouse selector over the template that interests you. The immediate visual gratification is unbeatable.

The Flashmint Experience:

When you enter the Flashmint website there is a refreshing burst of green color and the site offers a pleasant look and feel. The template designs offered by Flashmint are immediately visible on the home page, and you can begin browsing either by the category bar on the side of the home page, or by page number. There are also easy-to-use drop boxes that allow you to look through the template selection by keyword, style, category, or product number.

There are several styles of templates offered by the site. Standard website templates, flash templates, osCommerce templates, swish templates, and others are all available to you with the click of a mouse. The prices for templates may seem a little higher than average, but the quality of the template and graphics you receive, in addition to the opportunity to have the exclusive use of any template Flashmint offers, may be worth it. If you are purchasing the template at the “Unique” price (which can be very costly) then Flashmint removes this template from their distribution database and it will not be resold to anyone else. If you want your site's template to remain unique to your business, this option is ideal.

Change text in 1 html box - $15.
Additional select customization services available from $25-260.

Flashmint’s Customer Service:

Although we love the look and feel of the site, Flashmint’s customer service runs the risk of being somewhat inhospitable. There is a FAQ page offered with a few short responses to customer concerns. The contact page requires that you submit a ticket if your answers can't be found in the FAQs. No phone support or live chat help was available. Considering Flashmint charges more than quite a bit of the competition, you'd think they'd also offer better service options. We did not find this to be the case.

Upside:

Upscale, cutting-edge website templates, the ability to pay the "unique" price and own sole rights to a template, wide selection of website templates to choose from.

Downside:

Limited customer service options.

Flash Mint provides unique and impressive flash templates to its customers. The website templates are exciting to watch and attractive enough to be downloaded.The work done by hte company is very customer oriented which makes the flash templates eye-catching and interactive.

The sample templates can be previewed and if liked are available to be downloaded. The cost of the templaes doesn't seem to be reasonable but to a great extend the work done is god enough to make the users buy these templates on the available rates.

FlashMint also offers blog services and hte best part it one can get the template customized after choosing to buy it. The packages for the templates are well explained and elaborated on the wbsite to make things more easier to understand for the users.
