I was recently in the market for a new venture a few years back and thought that getting into the real estate business and flipping homes is the way to go. After doing some research online and in several other places, I stumbled upon foreclosures.com website and noticed that this website seem very organized and have a lot of information for a newbie like. After I view the site several times, this site was limited in information and I could have got more work done at the courthouse myself. I was also not able to get all of my money with my membership which after several treating calls and emails I was able to get the money back weeks later. Needless to say I decided to end before my membership expires and pursue other options. Overall, this site is a waste of time and money and is a huge scam!
