We really liked the fact that the site isn't just geared towards consumer gift giving, but can help in corporate gift giving matters too. Gift Tree has a Corporate Help Center that caters to the questions and concerns of business gift-givers. Topics cover everything from gift-giving etiquette to promotional items and international gifts that can be shipped throughout Europe.

At Gift Tree, they cater specifically to corporate customers and those who appreciate high-end gourmet gifts. Some of their newest arrivals would spice up any summer get-together.

Gift Tree specializes in corporate gifts by offering an array of gourmet and specialty items with a touch of elegance. Not only do these baskets make a great impression but the quality of the items make thes truly great gifts. Most of the gifts available on this site are gourmet foods and wines accompanied by flowers, balloons or baskets.

We liked the fact that the Gift Tree website allows you to search for gifts by gift type, occasion or price. They also have Top 10 lists of gifts for different categories and a Last-Minute Gifts section. All products include information about shipping, letting you know how soon an item can be sent – which is a great feature if you want to make sure your gift gets there in time. Most of the Last-Minute Gifts can be shipped the same day they are ordered.

Standard flat shipping rates are available on all items and same-day shipping is also available on most items. Flowers, balloons and fruit baskets are hand-delivered on the same day they are ordered. Just make sure you order before the cut-off time of 2 pm.

If you're looking for a great selection of unique gift baskets at reasonable prices, this is one site you're definitely going to want to check out.

Gift Tree Customer Service:

Gift Tree support can be contacted by phone, e-mail, or live chat. The live chat feature is really interesting but when we tried it we were given a message saying “please wait for an operator to respond” and gave up waiting after about five minutes. Fortunately, phone and email support were more responsive providing us with prompt detailed answers to our questions.

While live chat may leave something to be desired, the site's Frequently Asked Questions page addresses a variety of issues, including ordering, delivery, payment and fees, guarantees and coupons and promotions. On their Customer Service page, they include links to information about the company itself, their policies, ordering information and access to your personal account. This page also includes a holiday gift calendar and a list of meanings associated with different flowers. Under “About Us” they include a link to “Corporate Services,” which provides valuable information for their corporate customers.

Upside:

Items may not be delivered if no one is home to receive them

Big Delay for order not recommended

I have used this service previously due to a gift card plus coupon I received from a friend. I order the items that were needed and the first thing that I noticed was the outragous shipping prices that this company charges. I still went ahead with ahead with the order knowing that these shipping charges were way to high. Then there was a delay in the order which after several calls to customer service, with several people that do not speak English was finally resolved by getting my money back. I would say that this company is definitely not recommended.
