Our Favorite Feature:

The IPower starter plan is one of the cheapest plans around, and that was a feature we really couldn't overlook. While most hosting sites cater to businesses, this package is perfect for families or those interested in putting up professional or personal blogs.

IPower Experience:

IPower promotes their products as the lowest-priced services around, and our reviewers would have to agree. For the services being offered, IPower's fees are more than affordable.

IPower has three main hosting plans to choose from, as well as additional add-on services that will prove valuable to a wide variety of customers. While the starter plan is a very basic plan for beginners, the IPower Pro Plan allows small businesses to get a head start on promoting a business website.

We found the IPower Pro plan to be similar to the most of the other basic business web hosting packages, whereas the IPower Pro Plus plan added a bit more value by offering more storage space and unlimited e-mail accounts and bandwidth.

We thought IPower added to the value of its packages by offering several bonus features with its packages. Customers can get up to 3 free domain names as well as a web building kit to help create their site.

IPower has an innovate take on customer support. An excellent customer service feature is the “system notices” that IPower provides. They notify customers of major changes to the IPower system, and inform you of the change details and the date of change implementation. They also have additional resources, such as downloads and external links, to assist you with hosting and developing your web site.

IPower also offers an extensive FAQ and live support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by phone or via online Live Chat. Both methods posed very little hold times and we were able to obtain answers to our questions in just minutes. Overall, we were very pleased with our IPower customer service experience.

Upside:
