Customer Support:

Jewish Friend Finder has a small FAQ section that will answer most basic questions. The FAQ search function does not seem to offer much help. And, the only way to contact customer service is via email from the website. It might take a little looking around to find how to do that, but it is easy once you get there.

Upside:
