I found the site only ok after a really really long sign up just to use the website. In all honesty it was way more information that I personally cared to share just to browse job listings. When I searched the jobs for my area many were recruiting for the Army. No problem there. However MANY more were recruiting nationwide for things like "$75K a year to work at home~ data entry etc". Now I search truck drivers so why did all this work at home stuff pop up? There were many more of these ads than legitimate job. Big thumbs down! On really good feature though is that you can post your resume on their website absolutely free of charge. You never know~ it could end up in the hands of your dream company.
