Legal HelpMate is one of the larger legal document websites. Its mission is to help users quickly buy and complete the legal forms they need to start their own businesses, establish legal contracts and deal with a number of other life circumstances. The site offers customers the tools and resources necessary to create legally binding contracts without paying high attorney fees. Are their services above and beyond what the competition offers? Star Reviews' Favorite Feature:

We really liked the wealth of legal information available on the site. LegalHelpMate.com is one of the few sites that offer an abundance of articles offering tips and advice, instead of just selling forms without much information.

The Legal HelpMate Experience:

Our first impression of the Legal HelpMate website was that it was a bit crowded. A number of bars and tables were running vertically as well as horizontally across the site, containing a mixture of links, certification symbols, keywords, and graphics. There were so many different colors and fonts used in each of the tables that we found it hard to focus on one thing.

Once we got beyond that, however, we started liking the site more. We were pleased to see that Legal HelpMate offers numerous legal forms to choose from including prenuptial agreements, estate planning, and advance health care directives. The website also offers a number of reference articles on how these forms work and why they are needed.

We also really liked the fact that Legal HelpMate provides a variety of RSS Feeds, blogs and discussion boards for its users. This allows customers to communicate with a variety of helpful individuals, rather than just their personal legal consultants.

Legal HelpMate has a detailed Frequently Asked Questions list linked straight from its homepage, which contains information about each of the services and forms offered by the company. Customers can also get help from the Legal HelpMate discussion boards and information section.

The website does include an e-mail support form, but no toll-free phone number is provided for live support or consultations. Unfortunately, email support took three days to get back to us. We were very disappointed to see that customers must choose between working out their issues on their own or waiting days for a response to from email support.

Upside:

Wealth of information, good pricing, community discussion boards and blogs.

Downside:

No live customer support available.

Legal Helpmate's mission state "AN EASY-TO-USE, QUICK, LOW-COST ONLINE LEGAL DOCUMENT PREPARATION SERVICE" got me interested in knowing about the service.
I found out that it is the place where you can get most of your Online Legal Forms related requirements fulfilled. You can find the legal documents such as Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directive, Living Will, Prenuptial Agreement (Premarital), Living Trust and Estate Planning,
Bill of Sale and so on. You can also get Uncontested Divorce Online....
