How LoudSiren Works:

LoudSiren is truly a unique identity theft protection service. When you sign up for the program you are assigned a special LoudSiren phone number and LoudSiren places this phone number on each one of your credit reports. Whenever anyone applies for credit using your information, the creditor will contact this special LoudSiren phone number. LoudSiren then contacts you using an automated system and allows you to approve or deny the credit request. Should a call come in for a credit request you never authorized, you can report the request as fraudulent by pushing a button on your phone. The authorities will then be notified immediately.

LoudSiren's Customer Service

LoudSiren offers customer service via email, a toll-free phone number and an online help database. We found all methods of support to be quite effective. When we called LoudSiren the call was immediately answered by a knowledgeable and helpful rep who explained the major differences between LoudSiren and other identity theft protection services. Email support was also efficient. We received an in-depth response within hours of submitting our email request. While the online knowledge database was definitely informative, we felt it could have been a bit easier to navigate. Overall, our experience with LoudSiren's service was definitely above par.

Upside:

Insurance protection includes lost wages, affordable pricing, great customer service.

Downside:

The way the system works may be a hassle or even confusing to some consumers.
