If you’re in the market for legal forms and documents, the Internet is a great way to save money. Legal fees are often exorbitant. Fortunately, many legal forms are standardized and do not require the expertise of an attorney. The Star Reviews team decided to see exactly what the online legal document websites had to offer. Our Favorite Feature:

We really like the fact that MegaDox offers a selection of free forms to choose from. While complicated legal forms have a price tag attached, other documents can be downloaded without paying a penny. We were hard-pressed to find other legal form websites that offered this.

The MegaDox Experience:

From the site's design to its legal form offerings, MegaDox has a more laid-back consumer feel. When you first land on the site you are offered a selection of tabs that covers a wider range of options than most of the sites selling legal forms online.

We were really impressed by the site's wide selection of offerings. Almost anyone who visits can find something they’re interested in, in addition to the legal forms they started out looking for. It’s a great source for information.

The site is definitely user-friendly and loads quickly. In each category everything is listed alphabetically and drop down menus let you know if there are additional selections within a category. For instance, we selected “Accounts Receivable Forms” and were notified we had a further option to choose from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom or the United States.

After selecting the form you wish to purchase, you add it to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Canadian visitors should expect to add 5% GST. At checkout you supply your credit card information and submit payment. After your payment has been accepted you can download your form and use it as often as you like. It couldn't be easier.

MegaDox Customer Service:

MegaDox offers a toll free number for those in North America and an additional number for those outside of it. Support via phone is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM Mountain Time and excludes weekends. We had virtually no hold time when contacting support and found the information received to be helpful and valuable.

An email contact form is also available with no indication of turn around time. In our testing, it took the company about 24 hours to respond. Not bad since some of the competitors took days to get back to us.

MegaDox also offers a comprehensive FAQ section, which we found very helpful. It seemed to address most of the concerns one would come across when using an online legal for website.

Upside:

Free forms, discount plans available, live phone support.

Downside:

The site could offer more form-related information on the site. Once you purchase and download a form, you're pretty much on your own.
