MetroPCS provides coverage area that consists of the states like Georgia, Florida, Michigan and California. It is good choice for the people living within this coverage area as they provide you with unlimited anytime minutes and unlimited night and weekend minutes for $30.00 per month, and not much else. They have got good customer service. They are a good choice for the people staying in the above four states. If they increase their coverage area to national level, they can be a bigger player.

Even though I do not have this cellular service at present, due to move, I had this company a few years ago, and I must say that this is one of the best companies when it comes to excellent customer service. The call center staff on this company is really nice when it comes to incorrect bills, which was really rare. MetroPCS pricing is mostly based on a several plans with different features. However, with these plans you can enjoy unlimited talk and text which was great for me who is a jabber. There is not a large selection of phones and you have to pay whole price for them, however I usually put my phones through the ringer and the phone never had any problems. The only thing that is bad that it has limited coverage areas. However, I am noticing that they are showing up in different cities so hopefully it can be in competition with other companies.

I have had MetroPCS for about a year now, and I am very satified. My absolute favortie thing about Metro is the fact that I pay about $35 a month and get unlimited local, long distance, text, and web. Now to get all of that with the big, contract companies you have to spend atleast $99 a month. Of course with Metro you don't get services like music downloads, GPS, and video streaming, but for me those are not necessary. The only complaint I have about MetroPCS is the area of coverage. I do wish it was larger, so when I travel I don't have to worry about getting no coverage. All in all though, I am completely happy with MetroPCS, and plan to stay with them for a very long time.
