I'm shocked at how bad their service is--having heard only good things about Mozy.
I have constant errors in their buggy software. I send emails to tech support. They come back with vaguely written responses that do nothing to satisfy my issue.
I have been struggling with them for two weeks with no satisfaction. I have never been so frustrated with tech support by any company.
