Customer Support
You may contact NOD32’s customer service department online or via the old fashioned way—phone. Star Reviews first emailed the technical support line, which required us to fill out a fairly simple e-form. Their antivirus security product website states that their turnaround time is 24 hours…we found it to be a lot longer.
You may also contact them via phone, although their customer service line is apparently a popular one! When we dialed in a machine told us the wait time would be ten minutes. They also do not offer a toll-free line, so you must pay the phone company to get support.
Upside:

Downside:
You’ve got to pay for your call for help—they lack toll-free customer service and technical support lines. Customer support, both electronic and by phone, could benefit from improved response time. Renewal prices are a bit steep.
