I have used Napster a very limited amount of times. This is mainly due to the fact that they either do not have the music I want and that you can not share the music with any other players. They have all their music, even after you buy it, protected to the point that it is almost impossible to share it within other systems in your own PC! You can burn a CD but who wants to waste a CD for one song? I remember when they were free and illegal. They were more fun then and more "free" in their abilities. Guess getting sued has a tendency to reign you in a bit eh? Not a bad site but not one that I use or would recommend often.
I first began using Napster when it started offering temporary downloads to MP3 players. I had been using Rhapsody up until that point but was unhappy with the fact that I could only listen to my music on my computer. Since I made the switch I’ve been fairly happy with Napster.
