I bought this product because I needed a good product for my home network at a reasonable price and had really high hopes. I had used Norton products for years without problems. After installation, all of my computers were slow as molasses and even just simply loading a webpage took several minutes, even with a dsl connection. I worked with customer service to remedy the problem without success. They were helpful and really tried, I will give them that, but nothing seemed to help. I uninstalled the product, found another product (albeit a little more expensive) and got my money back.

This thing basically locked down my system. I was unable to network the laptop that had this program on it ( was not visible to other PC's). Nothing other then removing it from my system fixed this issue. Their tech support was horrendous. I asked for assistance with setting up my network to use this and was told it would cost me money. I would never recommend this to anyone who wants to just get on the PC and use it without having to set every single program and game that they use to be allowed to operate.
