If you think getting the best seats and the hottest tickets means enduring endless trials and tribulations, you haven't been online lately. There are many online ticket sales sites that offer the best seats in the house, and you don't even have to wait in line. One site we came across is OpenSeats, which at first glance didn't thoroughly impress us. But, we decided to give their site a run-through and here's what we ran into.

About OpenSeats
OpenSeats is a trading community for people who want to buy or sell event tickets online. The company links up buyers and sellers, but does not buy or sell tickets directly.
Selection:
OpenSeats has thousands of tickets available for concerts, sporting events, theater performances and other shows and events across the country. The Open Seats website currently has tickets to Wicked, The Police and MLB games featured on their homepage.
Charges:
OpenSeats charges a service fee that equates to approximately 15-percent of the price of the ticket being purchased.
Selling Your Tickets:
The company does not charge sellers to post their tickets for sale on the website. They do, however, request that sellers pay a voluntary fee of $3 per ticket if their tickets are successfully sold via the site.
Return Policy:
Because OpenSeats does not buy or sell tickets directly, but rather acts as a meeting place for buyers and sellers, they do not have a return policy in place.
Customer Support:
OpenSeats offers customer support via phone and email. After a short wait, we were able to get in touch with phone support. The representative we spoke with was helpful and answered our questions knowledgeably. Email support, however, was less responsive. As of the date of this review, we had not yet received an answer to our email inquiry.
Upside:
Great selection, good prices, reasonable fees.
Downside:
Website navigation wasn't user-friendly or intuitive.
