My Nabyoo was very easy to download and install. The site didn't require registration to download the free trial and the entire install process took only a few brief minutes.Once My Nabyoo was installed, we were surprised at how comprehensive the product was, while still being very easy to use.

The interface is very user-friendly and it wasn't long at all before we were surfing the Web to see how well the product protected us. After surfing for a while, we then ran reports to see how well the product monitored our activities. The entire process was virtually effortless.

Star Reviews found the installation of PC Tattletale a bit more complicated than we usually like to see. Since the software tracks activity and transmits data, some anti-virus programs block the download and interfere with installation. We had to temporarily deactivate our antivirus protection to install and use the product.

We can handle that little headache because once downloaded and installed, PC Tattletale is fairly easy to use and it may be one of the top parental control applications.  Star Reviews loved that this software doesn't block IMs, it monitors them.  We also found this software to be very feature packed as well.  Some PCTattletale highlights are: monitoring and reporting of chat rooms, internet activities, screen shots, filtering of restricted sites and content and this product operates in stealth mode.  One may be intimidated by alll the features, but setting them up was a breeze.  PC Tattletale did a great job of keeping it simple.

While PC Tattletale offers extensive help online, we were unable to locate a phone for support.  A big let down! PC Tattletale proves to be effective, but after the download hiccup we feel this may not be the most user friendly parental control software out there.  We still awarded them with 5.5 Stars, but no special ratings for this software.

With "push-button" prompts and a quick install process, Star Reviews was on our way to configuration in just minutes.  We love when everything is this easy! Once we had iProtectYou downloaded and installed, we were easily able to run reports from the user-friendly interface. It is truly one of the most user-friendly products we tested.

We thought this software was comparatively effective.  Our favorite feature was being able to set different security levels for each member of the family and it allowed us to block all email messages, chat sessions, IM conversations and P2P connections that contain  inappropriate language. The only minus we found in using the product itself was that some of the reporting wasn't as thorough as others.

Upon contacting support, we did get to speak with a rep within 24 hours after leaving a voicemail.  Unfortunately there isn't live phone support...you must first leave a message and they will call you back.  Luckily, since this product is so easy to use, we didn't have many questions.  Due to iProtectYou's ease of use and their very affordable price of $34.95 we give this product 5.0 Stars!

The installation of CyberPatrol was seamless with easy-to-follow prompts. The entire install process took less than five minutes. We found the CyberPatrol HQ Toolbar interface makes using the program's features easy and convenient. Using the HQ Toolbar, we were able to create profiles, administer settings and run reports.

Star Reviews really liked that the system asks you to select a password. This password is used to administer the settings and create user profiles with CyberPatrol. Your password is required when changing CyberPatrol settings or accessing blocked web pages.

We also loved that no program can be downloaded without a parent's permission.  How many of you parents end up with spyware because your children are always downloading tunes!

• User profile creation wizards have been implemented into the software.

Sadly to say, we were very disappointed with CyberPatrol's support. CyberPatrol offers a customer service number, but each of the three times we called we received a message telling us they were not available to take our call.  We had to mark down this great product big time due to the lack of support.  It was a shame to see such an easy to use and effective product receive only 4.5 stars due to its lack of support.
