Interface and playability:
Getting started on Poker Room is easy as it can be, as you play directly from your browser. Launching the Java Flash software from our computer was simple enough, and contrary to many rumors seen on poker forums, the software never crashed once on us during our investigation.
Unlike most of its competitors, there is no online lobby, although you can easily select any type of online poker games from the java menu. With over 6 millions members, it was easy to find an open table at any time of the day. Who knows, maybe you’ll bump in someone you know? (As long as it is not your boss…)
One feature we appreciated is playing with “play money”, which is a credit with no cash value. This gave us time to play a few online poker games to test the competitiveness without walking headfirst in a poker ambush.

The rake is 5% of all jackpots won, until a maximum of $3.00. The fees vary on the number of players. The only way you can consult the rake structure is by clicking on table info under the game menu during a game.
Poker Room redeems themselves on their cashing out policies, as they are safe and flexible. In our case we had our money deposited in our account within two hours by using NetTeller. You can also get the check airmailed to you, but expect the normal delays.
Customer Support
Poker Room offer a phone support, but only available when you are logged in on the software. So what happens if you can’t connect to the server and would like to consult their technical support?
They also offer an automated e-mail script that we tested, receiving a reply within 24 hours.

It’s hard to not consider Poker Room as one of the best online poker in our reviews. Their system is solid, the online community is booming and the security is second to none.
We would have love to find a 1-800 number to call their hot-line, although with all the blogging going on Poker Room, you have good chances to find the answers to your questions and develop you skills.
