Proflowers is one of the better florist sites out there. They have a wide variety of different products, and some of the best prices on the internet. Even during holidays their prices stay fairly stable, and shipping charges are fairly reasonable. Sales and specials are frequent, and they will often off a free vase with flower purchases. I did have a problem with one order being placed twice, and after a quick phone call (for which I did not have to wait on hold) the quickly and cheerfully refunded the extra cost, and told me to keep the extra flowers as their gift to me and to apologize for the inconvenience. Their flowers are always fresh, and stay for longer than other florists in my experience. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to others.

I've used multiple floral delivery services over the past few years - both local florists and large national brands. The first time I used Proflowers, I was impressed, but wary. Yes, the delivery was perfect and on time (even after using a coupon!) but that was only one time. I sent flowers three more times - for an engagement, Mother's Day, and a birthday - each one was on time and perfect. Obviously they can't hit 100% every single time, but I have YET to have a problem, and even better, now they send me coupons for free shipping, free vases, or 15-20% off. Assuming their service continues the way it has been, I will never use another service. (As a note, if you purchase through a mypoints account, you get 500 points per purchase, another good reason for me to keep using them!)

ProFlowers offers some of the most exquisite floral arrangements I have ever seen. Their prices aren't that bad either. They offer free weekday shipping for some bouquets and always have some sort of sale. I have used their site to order birthday gifts and I always followed up with the person I sent the flowers to and asked if they were fresh. None of their flowers arrive damaged and they last a long time too.

They sell really pretty vases for an affordable price and you can customize your delivery by adding candy, balloons or stuffed animals. Their gift baskets are really thoughtful and gorgeous too. I highly recommend using this site.
