Public Background Checks offers customer support via an online email form. We sent them a question regarding whether or not searches were guaranteed and received a response the same business day. The website also offers an online help section which includes answers to basic questions one might encounter when using the website, such as what products are available at the site and how to find previously purchased orders. Still, we would have liked to see some telephone support, as not all of us are lucky enough to sit in front of a computer all day.

Upside:

Downside:

May be too basic for the needs of some users.

This site is horrible no real use at all...

Honestly, I would not even give this site a one star. This site really sucks. All of the information is all over the place and they have the nerve to charge the same as the other companies that provide all of the information in an organized matter. I also know that this site information from searches is really really old and is not updated like the other sites. In other words save your pennies and go for the better sites.
