The fact that RegistryBooster allowed us to select and choose what issues we were looking for (ActiveX, invalid file associations, application paths, etc.) was very impressive and can save quite a bit of scanning time in certain situations.
User Interface and Product Application:
Downloading and installing RegistryBooster was fast and easy. Installing the registry repair software took just a few minutes and we were up and running in no time. Even though we had recently run a scan with another registry repair product on our PC, RegistryBooster was able to find more than 40 errors the other software had missed and we did notice an increase in performance after RegistryBooster had done its job.
The interface for RegistryBooster is very user-friendly and even novice computer users will be able to navigate the features and functions of this registry cleaner software. Customer Support:
Uniblue offers customer support via email, phone and an online support center with answers to frequently asked questions and online user manuals. Phone support was very helpful, with our call being answered almost immediately and the support rep being helpful and knowledgeable. When we submitted our help request via email, however, we immediately received a confirmation email. However, our question was not answered for over 72 hours, which may not be as efficient as some would like.
