User Interface and Product Application:
The setup process for Security Shield was absolutely painless thanks to the new and improved Wizard. With a few simple mouse clicks, the program was set up and ready to go. What we liked best about Security Shield was its speed. When we scanned our computer, the program barely took up any system resources and we were able to continue working and surfing the Web while Security Shield did its job.

Customer service is free and available via email, phone, and live chat. Our email inquiry was responded to within a few hours after sending our request (it was during business hours). While testing their live chat, we waited about a minute and then we were assisted with a rep that really knew their stuff! The only downside to Security Shield's great customer service is that they are only available during business hours, which are Monday-Friday 8-10, Saturday 10-4, and Sunday 11-5 EST.
Upside:
Phenomenal install wizard and it does not slow down your system when running a scan. Great customer support.
Downside:
If your PC is low on Ram this, as any other suite, may be heavy on your system.
