Very poor customer service and untrustworthy company

We had this service since early 2007.
This company's service is really bad and their customer service is arrogant as well. They are not available over the phone to answer any of my billing questions. We have signed up (2 years ago in early 2007) for $1.95/month for prepaid service. Initially, for the first couple of months they seem to be good. Then, they displayed their unprofessionalism and dishonesty. Recently we found on our invoice that they are slapping $6.95/month + archived pages charges (per page) + taxes since the middle of 2007 (since last 2 years). After several attempts to get hold of a customer service to clarify with them, I finally got through. They were really arrogant and they confirmed that this is the charge we are supposed to pay. This is not what they told us initially when we signed up for the service. So, I asked them to look at my initial few invoices, and they came back and said, "OH! That is right. It is $1.95/month." I was told that they can change their price anytime they want. I said this is ridiculous and this is NOT a good business practice. I asked them how could they do this without notifying us? They said this is their practice. Beware of this company. They do not send emails/any type of communication for the price increase. And, they do not generate invoices until you ask them to. That is another reason (dishonest and not a trustworthy company), we have cancelled our service this month (March 2009). Last week, I sent an email stating that I have not seen any of my monthly account invoices in the last several months. They got back to me 2 days ago and told me that the billing option is in the left side of the screen after logging on to my account. This was not the case before they received an email from me last week. After receiving an email from me last week, they generated invoices and enabled my billing feature. Now, they are lying that the billing icon was there since the beginning. This is an utter lie! In addition, they charge something called archived pages and they charge anywhere from 5 to 15 cents per page (and they have been charging us for the last 2 years without nofifying us!). We could not see our charges because they did not generate invoices every month till this week. We had trusted them thinking that they will do honest business with professionalism. But, they proved themselves wrong. I never asked (never heard of this before from them) them to archive any of my received fax documents. They just do it, and they charge you. They have no explanation for this. Now, I'm actually filing a complaint against them with Better Business Bureau regarding this issue.
