The shield customer service was fabulous but that comes after having norton try to charge me for customer service. I just needed some basic help and Renee was great. Thank you Shield

I would never purchase this product again. these other comments are true and than they want to charge you more money to tune up your computer which they should be doing for free. I am always getting error messages that are not monotered and the scans that are set up to be automatic must never scan because it is always asking me to scan my computer. I should have stayed with NORTON. My advice is you get what you pay for. I should have known better.

The customer support for shield delux is provided by an Indian company call iyogi which has loads of negetive reviews. A company to stay away from.
