NO Customer Service

This is true, nO phone # to call. I am trying to send them an e-mail and see "Special characters are not allowed" all the time. So, my e-m message can't go throw their 'cont5act us' page. May be they check out this website, so, this is my message:
I received my order 154555023SALE with Columbia boots. One boot has a hole in front because the seam at the bottom of the tong is torn.
Obviously, your quality control has problems.
I need to return these defective boots, please e-mail me a prepaid label as i am not going to pay return shipping.
Also, i expect your company to issue me a full refund for this order including shipping 24.99.

I placed an order then immediately realized the same product was availabe from other vendors for less due to the addition of sales tax to my order. Don'e let this happen to you because there is no way to get in touch with ShoeSteal in real time. No phone numbers to call. Noone to answer your email. You will not hear from them until AFTER your order is shipped days later. Then you will have to pay return shipping. I recommend not doing business with this company until they provide some customer service including a phone number and someone to answer it!
